All taxes are included in the price (VAT and city taxes)

A 30% deposit must be paid to Villa Corsini srl at the time of booking.
Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of the arrival date will not incur any penalty and the deposit will be refunded.
To confirm the reservation, the remaining 70% must be paid within 30 days of check-in.
Cancellations or changes made between 29 and 15 days of check-in will incur a 50% penalty and a 50% refund.
Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of check-in will not be refunded.
